Clubs and RV Forums

A word about Clubs and Forums. We seemed to get several threads concerning which if any clubs to join as well as various forums. Listed below are listed several RV clubs and forums with descriptive detail to help you decide whether or not you may be interested in participating and/or visiting their websites. Of course, because we are mainly owners of Tiffin RV products we list them first.

Allegro Club - The Allegro Club is a membership organization of Tiffin motorhome owners. For the price of a few gallons of fuel or dinner at a moderately priced restaurant, Allegro Club membership enhances the enjoyment of Tiffin ownership by providing connections with others with similar interests. From Branson, Mo., to Myrtle Beach, S.C., club rallies offer catered meals, entertainment, full hookup campsites, seminars, prizes, games and factory technicians providing complimentary minor repairs. www.tiffinmotorhomes.com/tiffinOwners/

Tiffin Motor Homes – A family business, built around yours.

When you drive up to our plant in Red Bay, Alabama, you won't come across a slick corporation, operated by far-flung investors. What you will find, is a family business. With members of the Tiffin family onsite, working every day.

For us, this is more than a business venture - we feel like it's our calling. For our family to serve your family - with good service and a product you can feel proud of driving down the road.

The relationships we've built with our owners over the years speak for themselves. They're unique in the industry, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have gotten to know so many of you. And, we are every bit as proud of the dedicated crew of craftsmen who work with us. At Tiffin, the feeling of family and commitment extends all the way down the assembly line. www.tiffinmotorhomes.com

Tiffin RV Network - The website was developed for the sole purpose of providing owners of Tiffin products a "Haven" on the world wide web. Our intent is now and has always been one of inclusion. We will continue to welcome those with other brands of Motorhomes to our group, and continue to provide Tiffin Motor Homes inc. with valuable information and input into their product. www.tiffinrvnetwork.com

Discovery Owners - The DISCOVERY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, was formed to promote the sharing of information and the camaraderie of fellow Discovery motorhome owners. Membership in the club is limited to owners of Fleetwood Discovery motorhomes. www.discoveryowners.com

Family Motor Coach – FMCA - The Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA), founded in 1963, is an international organization for families who own and enjoy the recreational use of motorhomes.

Some of these members live in their motorhomes on a full or part time basis. A portion of the membership is from the commercial recreation vehicle industry: dealers, manufacturers, campgrounds, RV component suppliers.

The purpose of FMCA is to organize social activities, exchange motor coach information, and supply benefits made possible, in part, by collective purchasing.

The interest of the Association also extends into the area of political and legislative action. FMCA supports recreation programs and the legal rights of RV owners. www.fmca.com

Freightliner Chassis Owners Club  - The purpose of our chapter is to promote social, recreational, and informational exchange activities. We hold two chapter meetings each year, one at each of the FMCA International Conventions. Rallies are generally held after these FMCA national meetings Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. supports our club and brings a MH chassis for technical reviews and discussions. In addition, they bring factory techs to help with FL chassis problems. This help is very much appreciated and a valuable perk for club members. www.freightlinerchassisownersclub.org

Good Sam Club - The Good Sam Club got its start 38 years ago when a handful of RV owners put Good Samaritan bumper stickers on their rigs so fellow members would know they could get help on the road. From this small Club we grew. In the early days, Good Sam Members spread the word at RV parks and other Club events. Soon everyone wanted to know how to get a Good Sam "smiling face" decal.

Today, our primary goal remains the same as from those days: to make RVing safer and more enjoyable, and to save our members money through Club-endorsed benefits and services. We are now 1 million RVing families strong and still growing! We still have fun, we stop to help one another and we still meet our responsibilities to the environment, the highways and the park system. www.goodsamclub.com

The club is still non-profit, and still dedicated to its original mission: "Helping its members travel safely, economically and enjoyably in all of North America, especially Baja California." www.vagabundos.com/why.htm
